Outbound email, priced on outcomes you can verify
We source, write, send, and follow up. Volume is capped by mailbox warm-up, not by ambition, and every term below is defined before you sign.
Pilot
Prove the channel on one offer, one segment.
- 1 sending mailbox, warm-up managed
- Up to 600 sends/month at ramp cap
- 1 ICP segment, 1 multi-step sequence
- Sourcing, verification, and list hygiene
- Reply routing to your inbox
- Weekly performance report
Growth
Full ramp with A/B tested sequences and AI reply handling.
- 2-3 sending mailboxes, warm-up managed
- Up to 1,100 sends/month at ramp cap
- 3 ICP segments, A/B tested sequences
- AI reply agent with human review
- Booked-call handoff into your calendar
- Deliverability monitoring (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
Performance
Lower retainer, upside tied to meetings that actually happen.
- Everything in Growth
- Reduced base retainer
- $150 per booked call that is held
- No fee on no-shows or cancellations
- Shared calendar of record for billing
- Quarterly offer and ICP review
All plans run on a 90-day initial term, which matches the warm-up ramp. Sending infrastructure, domain setup, and warm-up are included. Additional mailboxes are $1,500/month each and are always provisioned on your own dedicated sending subdomain.
What counts as a delivered lead
The most disputed term in lead generation contracts. Here is ours, in writing, before you buy.
Sourced Contact
A verified decision-maker matching the agreed ICP, with a deliverable email. Sourcing volume is not billable on its own.
Positive Reply
A human reply expressing interest, asking for detail, or requesting a call. Tracked and reported, not billed per unit.
Booked Call
A meeting accepted on your calendar that is held. Recorded automatically by the calendar webhook, so neither side estimates it. This is the only billable outcome on Performance terms. No-shows and cancellations are not billed.
Volume is set by the warm-up ramp
Sourcing capacity is effectively unlimited. Inbox reputation is not. We ramp deliberately so your domain stays clean.
Days 1-3
20 sends/day
Days 4-7
30 sends/day
Week 2+
50 sends/day
Steady state
~1,100 sends/month
Ramp increases only hold while bounces stay under 2% with no spam complaints. If deliverability slips, volume drops before anything else does. At steady state, a 3-5% positive reply rate is 30-55 replies per month, of which roughly 8-15 become booked calls. We plan against the low end.
Sending, scope, and geography
The terms most contracts leave implied. We put them in writing so nothing is argued later.
One sending domain per client
Every client gets an isolated sending subdomain with its own SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and warm-up ramp — either on your domain or on a dedicated Akwi-owned subdomain reserved for you. We never send two clients from a shared domain, so no one else's list quality can touch your reputation. Sender identity, opt-out, and postal address on every message resolve to the party the law treats as the sender.
Who writes the reply
We triage every reply and draft the response. On Pilot, drafts land in your inbox and your team sends them. On Growth and Performance, our AI reply agent sends first-touch responses under human review and hands off to you at the booking or pricing question. Contract negotiation and anything commercial is always yours.
United States at launch
Outbound runs to US-based contacts only. Canada (CASL) and the EU/UK (GDPR) need a stronger lawful basis than compliant-contact sourcing provides, so we do not send there without a documented basis agreed in advance.
